    About Us

    We are convinced that, with our work, we contribute daily to improve the quality of life and to meet the needs of the users of our products and services. We consider a constant investment in innovation and product development to be crucial, hence we have a dedicated R&D team for this purpose. This endeavour allows us to present new products and developments as well as to respond to the customized needs of users. The quality of our products can be confirmed in the best hospitals, clinics and nursing homes that show their preference towards our products. Most ORTHOS XXI products are Class I medical devices and bear the CE marking according to Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and they are notified to Infarmed, the Portuguese Health Authority, linked to the European Health Authority. Many of these are, at the time of their launch, tested by accredited and independent entities, namely the IBV (Instituto de Biomecanica de Valencia, in Spain). The company is also certified according to EN ISO 9001.
