Inflammation

Treating inflammation with naturopathy. Naturopathic methods are increasingly in demand among patients with chronic pain disorders - because conventional methods do not always have the desired effect or can have serious side effects. While naturopathy has been seen as purely empirical medicine for many decades, it has been scientifically tested since the early 1990s. A positive and lasting effect of naturopathic methods on pain has been proven. Naturopathy has never been uniformly defined as empirical medicine. From a modern perspective, it is a connecting (integrative) medicine that is integrated into conventional medicine. In addition to alleviating symptoms, the aim is to stimulate the body's self-healing powers. The right diet can do a lot to reduce inflammation, for example in the case of rheumatism. Beetroot, broccoli or spinach, berries, nuts and fruit contain many secondary plant substances that have an anti-inflammatory effect. Other anti-inflammatory foods such as oils, spices and fish. But it's not just fruit and vegetables that can help fight inflammation. Some sources of fat also have a positive health effect. These include vegetable oils from rapeseed, olives, algae or linseed and fish oil.
